In-person and telehealth options make getting care easier for busy families.

No Insurance Hassles. Just Primary Care.
At Appalachian Direct Primary Care, we do not bill insurance for your membership or included primary care services. Instead, you pay a simple monthly membership fee, allowing us to focus on your care—not insurance paperwork, copays, or billing requirements.
Do I still need insurance?
Yes, we recommend maintaining health insurance or another appropriate health coverage plan for services outside our practice, such as emergency care, hospitalization, specialist care, advanced imaging, and other services not included in your DPC membership.
